muinntir a' Chomuinn agus muinntir na coimhearsnachd am fior
dhòchas gum faigh sibh toileachadh às an
ùine a
chuireas sibh seachad 'nar measg. Taing is buidheachas dhuibh uile
airson na taice a chuireas sibh ris an oidheirp a tha sinn a' deanamh
gus Gàidhlig a bhrosnachadh. Welcome . . .Comunn
Féis an
Eilein welcomes you to Christmas Island, Cape Breton. Our members and
members of the community hope that those of you who are visiting will
enjoy your time spent with us and the many summer events we have
planned. Thank you for supporting our efforts to promote Gaelic
language initiatives. Comunn Féis an Eilein is a Registered
Charity. Every donation is greatly appreciated and provides Gaelic
Language Instruction for local schoolchildren as well as other Gaelic
initiatives.

How to get to
Christmas Island
8539 Grand Narrows Hwy (Route
223) Christmas Island
From the Canso Causeway: Take the Trans
Canada 105 to Little Narrows, exit 6. Cross the ferry & turn
right. It's approximately 30 kms to here.
From Sydney: Take the 125 to Leitches Creek turnoff, exit 3. Take Route
223 (turn left). It's approximately 45 kms to here.
Through Eskasoni: From Sydney take the
125 to Route 4 to Eskasoni turnoff. It's approximately 40 kms to here.
